The founders and principals have all been involved in small business administration as well as decades of experience with online banking (treasury management software) as well as banking statement and eStatement businesses. Recent technological advancements have allowed them to use their deep expertise to automate transactions that traditionally have been done with printing, “snail mail” and manual entries.
Pirooz Abir
CEO
Pirooz Abir is an accomplished entrepreneur, senior executive, and consultant with years of success within the information technology industry. Leveraging extensive experience working within the IT sectors of banking and finance, brokerage, healthcare, legal, and manufacturing; he has led successful initiatives to drive revenues, push sales, and implement technical solutions.
Mr. Abir co-founded his own business, PrintMail Solutions, Inc. (PSI) in 1993 and served in a combined role of Principal, CIO and CTO. PSI provided high security, transactional data print, mail and electronic delivery of statements for community banks. From startup to over $20 million annual revenue, the company has enjoyed a growth rate of between 6-15% per year.
Mr. Abir was personally responsible for closing 75% of total sales. He developed all of the IT infrastructure, which encompasses all technical customer service, software development, project management, implementation and high-speed high-security network systems. He has become well regarded as an industry thought leader.
Pirooz has a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
Anthony Romagnole
COO
Mr. Romagnole has extensive experience in process improvement, customer-focused strategy development, customer relationship management and executive “dashboard” implementation. He has worked for or consulted with leaders across a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, government, and industrial and consumer products.
Mr. Romagnole was the founder of CVI Consulting, a group that specializes in strategy and implementation founded on customer and competitor analyses. Previously, he was Vice President of Juran Institute, a pioneer in quality management, and Vice President of a national security services company, where he managed the turnaround and growth of the Western US region. For five years, he served as a lecturer at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business as part of the graduate course on Service Management.
Mr. Romagnole has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mark Feinkind
CTO/Chief Software Architect
Mr. Feinkind has a strong history crafting software solutions for money-movement processors in the Credit, Debit and ATM arenas with attention towards time to market and ROI. These include mission critical systems processing tens of millions of on-line transactions daily. On multiple occasions Mr. Feinkind has been called upon for his expertise for a number of Fortune 500 companies, like MasterCard, AT&T, Verizon (formerly NYNEX), and Fiserv (Banklink division).
He has led teams in designing and building ‘best of breed’ banking software for cash management and online banking.
Mr. Feinkind has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from SUNY at Albany.
